β β β β β Poor selection and extremely unfriendly staff. Nobody was on the floor to ask for help, I approach the girl at the till and she was disgustingly unhelpful.. I was annoying her basically.. Not only they don't help, they don't smile and they don't want to bother by you asking them for help. Never again ill come back in this store. I would rather travel to Amsterdam all the time!

β β β β β Very inexperienced and careless staff. You can easily spend up to half an hour waiting in the queue - which is full of customers returning items -, as the manager keeps on walking away from the till, yet she's the only one who can return items. My advise to this manager, which seems pretty obvious, would be to stay at the till until all customers have been helped.
I have seen four people leave the queue as it took so long.
Manager by the way comes across as extremely unfriendly and seems to bully the staff.

β β β β β I do understand it's weekend, corona times and you might prefer to be at home BUT if you are lucky enough to have a job, at least we hospitable and friendly. Ladies at the store needs to do a training in customer service.

β β β β β With a hand full of clothes I wanted to try on before my vacation, I was told that all the fitting rooms are closed. Unacceptable and poor service. This is not the first time I read in other reviews. I would rather spend money and time to go to Amsterdam tham going here again!
