★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store itself is ok, but the personnel are so rude! It's unbelievable, you enter and you literally feel how tired they are of the customers, they don't ask you but almost order you. I had a same experience in Zara in Utrecht, next to Utrecht Centraal station, where the assistant was throwing things at me. Maybe they select especially the rude people to work...or want to be known for it.

Instead of helping customers, making it easy for them, creating great customer experience - she was was behaving totally the opposite. No smile, no welcome greeting, angry attitude, “giving orders tone of voice “ where to put the clothes back .. shame!
