★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hit and miss sort of Zara store. Sometimes very organized and some times very messy. What's constant though is the long ques, slow sales desk, online order pick ups. I experienced many times that despite enough staff in the store the sales desk only has one person managing a long line of customers. Simple idea is to mention clearly where to pick online orders and do returns at the entry itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collections are usually nicely presented but service is somewhat the worst I’ve ever experienced. There’s always a huge line by the cashier’s, employees (both in the fitting rooms and cashiers) are very rude and slow. Will probably choose different location to shop next time.
