★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Zara stores in general but this on in Almere Centrum is really bad representative. It is dark and messy, hard to find anything. One thing that specially made me angry and uncomfortable is that my boyfriend could not follow with me to the fitting rooms area, he was not allowed. I had to walk all the way out of the fitting room just to share how clothing looks, which I really was not comfortable with, since I wanted to show it to him and not entire store. I think this should be an option that anyone could choose from, he surely does not have to walk inside the fitting room but area at least! He is my shopping buddy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager is so incredibly rude and arrogant. It’s even well known among friends how terrible this Zara is. People go out of their way to other Zara stores just to not deal with her. How she still has a job is beyond me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY from this Zara, the staff there is incredibly rude. The coldest and unrespectful service I've ever received in a clothing shop. From the shop outside it looks like bankrupt. The fitting room is messy and there is just no structure in the shop. The small lady with blue short hair was extremely impatient "give lessons" to the consumer.
