★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop workers close the shop earlier than the official opening hours. Today they wouldn't let us in to fitting room at 20:20 while the shop closes at 21. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officially open till 8:00 pm, however you cannot go in to the shop at 7:40 pm, whoever sits at the desk and makes decisions about opening times and policies is not very clever and does not know differences between numbers pfff... put at least that closing time is at 7:40 pm or 7:30 haha otherwise your claims are inconsistent and confusing to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always bought it in Zara, but then I avoid the Utrecht store from afar. One of the store ladies twice refused my request for help. Once I asked for directions, can not help, look at yout phone, she said .. The second time I wanted to exchange money, of course, immediately rejected my request, only if I buy, they can switch. You're right, I understand. I just miss the humanity in the business. Black clothes may be a dresscode in the store, but this color also says a lot about the spirit. I’m sorry for those who work there, most of them are compromise ready and help if there’s a problem, it’s weird that an employee working in a leadership position is so insensitive. I could have written a nice post now too, but thanks to you it’s only worth 2 stars right now.
