Bij Zarzo voeren we een eigentijdse keuken. Met hier en daar een knipoog naar de klassieke Spaanse keuken, waar de roots liggen van Adrian Zarzo. De menu’s en het à la carte arrangement geven een weerspiegeling van de regionale en wereldse producten. We serveren onze gerechten met respect, natuurlijke smaak en bomvol aroma’s.

Dit jaar ontvangen wij voor het eerst "Best of award of excellence" Dit wordt uitgereikt door de Wine Spectator en is een award die wij ontvangen voor onze wijnkaart. Wij hebben een breed assortiment aan wijnen en voor ieder wat wils.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zarzo is a place where you can enjoy fine cuisine in a laidback atmosphere. Everything from the decor, the service, the wines and let's not forget the food, is perfect! The staff is very friendly and make you feel right at home. The explanation for the dishes and matching wines (definitely something I would recommend) is professional and personal. A dinner in this restaurant is a real night out, we dined for 4 hours and had a great time! We're definitely coming back!

Everything from the reception, the design, the tables arrangement, the beautiful tableware, the super kind and helpful service, the dishes explanation, everything was perfect! Each dish was an experience itself, especially the cheesecake dessert which I had to mix myself. i looooved loved loved the cheesecake thing!! Of course it’s not necessary to mention the food itself, which was absolutely fantastic. I was in constant awe and couldn’t stop smiling. Besides enjoying great food, I had a lot of fun! I came here for a special evening with my boyfriend and cannot wait for my next visit. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a table booked for 7pm 12th February at Sun by Zarzo. Upon arriving our table wasn't ready so we were given a temporary table in the bar area. In the 90 minutes until our table was ready we were subject to:-
- Being hit multiple times by people walking past to the toilets and out the door
- A constant draft from the door and hallway leading to our party wearing coats to stay warm
- Dogs running loose from another customer who were wet and smelled
Upon complaining to the manager Sunny she just shrugged and said there wasn't anything she could do.
Once we got our table we only had 90 minutes in which to have the 4 course menu that we had ordered. This was rushed due to zero fault of our own. Upon complaining to the manager Sunny we were brushed off with a pitiful and insulting 12 euros off the 300 euro bill.
As it stands we will not be visiting again and will strongly encourage our friends to follow suit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to treat ourselves to the 5 course high end menu. In its second week (the menu had apparently recently been renewed last week) Zarzo's team was delivering perfection to a full house. From the amuses, main courses, accompanying wine to the coffee with friandises at the end there were no weak spots. Each course differed in experience, from rich and a cascade of flavours to very subtle and finely balanced, all with amazing quality ingredients. Compliments to the serving staff as well for their very pleasant and ever present service.
I won't spoil the experience with a full photo reportage of the courses but to give you an idea I'll upload one or two. (We couldn't resist the photographs, sorry.)
I've always liked the restaurant itself and over the years it has luckily not changed much. The trip down the stairs into Adrian's underground world of culinary treats helps to transport you away from whatever is going on outside. With the kitchen and wine cellar both in plain view there is no doubt possible to what this place is all about.
