Ik was vergeten mijn broek op te halen, 1 dag voor de vakantie en had een chat bericht gestuurd of ik de broek misschien toch op een of andere manier na sluitingstijd nog op kon halen. Werd ik gebeld dat dat kon. Was inmiddels niet meer nodig maar die service vind ik wel echt geweldig!
Good quality and very good service! I forgot to pick up my pants, 1 day before the holiday and had sent a chat message if I could somehow still pick up the pants after closing time. I was called that that was possible. Wasn't needed anymore but I really love that service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience here. Needed the sleeves shortened on a shirt for a wedding. Had them measured but they took off twice as much as they should, and that ruined the shirt, the sleeves are now so short i can throw it away.
We also brought an expensive dress for dry cleaning and it came back crumpled and with some minor damage. So it was not at all ready to wear for the wedding, as we had requested.
They were not open for discussion about our complaints. Instead they insisted it was all done without problems. Only after putting up a fight they refunded the money for shortening my shirt sleeves. Unfortunately I can throw away my shirt and neither me or my wife have anything to wear for the wedding. Lots of money paid and worse off at the end.
