C	Coby van Garderen-Ris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een cruise geboekt via Zeetours Cruises BV. Via Internet..... Geboekt én betaald!. Wij blij!! We keken er erg naar uit. Wat schetst onze verbazing....? We kregen een mail dat de cruise niet door kon gaan omdat "ergens op de wereld" iemand dezelfde hut had geboekt!. Wij kwaad en zeer teleurgesteld!. Bellen naar Zeetours!. Ja dat kon gebeuren. Heel jammer voor u!. Meer niet!. Direct gevraagd ons betaalde geld euro 3051,10 terug te betalen. Of we even een betalingsbewijs wilde sturen dat we dit wel overgemaakt hadden??? Van de ratten besnuffeld zijn ze!!. Het bewijs gestuurd en toen duurde het 2 weken voordat ons geld eindelijk eens terug kwam!. En........hahahahaha twee keer aan ons terugbetaald. Dank u wel Zeetours!. Dat we het tweede bedrag natuurlijk terug moesten storten is vanzelfsprekend maar we hebben het even op de spits gedreven door heeeeeeeeel lang te wachten met terug betalen!. Voelt niet lekker hé Zeetours?? Zo voelde wij ons ook! Dus beste mensen: niet boeken bij Zeetours Cruises BV. Onbetrouwbare lui en hoort zegt het voort!! Fam. van Garderen. Booked a cruise through Zeetours Cruises BV. Via the Internet..... Booked and paid !. We happy !! We were really looking forward to it. What is our surprise ...? We received an email that the cruise could not take place because "somewhere in the world" someone had booked the same cabin !. We are angry and very disappointed !. Calling Zeetours !. Yes that could happen. Very sorry for you !. No more!. Immediately asked to repay our paid money euro 3051.10. Whether we wanted to send a proof of payment that we had transferred this ?? They have been sniffed from the rats !!. Sent the proof and then it took 2 weeks before our money finally came back! And ........ hahahahaha refunded to us twice. Thank you Zeetours !. It goes without saying that we had to refund the second amount, but we took it to a head by waiting a long time to pay back! Doesn't feel good, doesn't he Zeetours ?? That's how we felt too! i	iMallie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KlantenSERVICE krijgt zeetours cruises van mij 1 ster, klantenservice is voor een bedrijf erg belangrijk maar zeetours heeft echt een koud hart, mijn volgende boeking word bij een andere cruise bedrijf. Tijdens betalen was er een storing, en tijdens die storing zijn wij van gedachten verandert, maar dat intereseerd zeetours niet, en nu ben ik 1400 euro kwijt, als er geen storing was was ik gewoon op cruisereis gegaan met mijn vriendin in plaats van 1400 euro kwijt, wij willen nog steeds op cruisereis maar niet meer via zeetours Customer SERVICE gets sea tour cruises from me 1 star, customer service is very important for a company but sea tour has a really cold heart, my next booking will be with another cruise company. During payment there was a disruption, and during that disruption we changed our mind, but that is not interesting sea tours, and now I have lost 1400 euros, if there was no disruption I would have just gone on a cruise with my girlfriend instead of 1400 euros We still want to go on a cruise but no longer on sea tours
P	Peter Boshouwers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 ster is nog teveel. Geannuleerde pakketreis en dus mochten wij niet bellen of mailen want dit zou de afhandeling niet bevorderen!!! Uiteindelijk bieden ze een voucher aan voor de cruise. De vlucht en hotel ook bij zeetours geboekt moeten we maar afwachten. We wilden door persoonlijke omstandigheden liever geld terug. Kregen meteen bericht dat ze daar heel lang over zouden gaan doen. Voucher bevat ook niet de regelgeving zoals opgesteld door ACN. 1 star is still too much. Canceled package trip and so we were not allowed to call or email because this would not promote the handling !!! Ultimately they offer a voucher for the cruise. We have to wait and see the flight and hotel booked with sea tours. We preferred money back due to personal circumstances. Immediately received a message that they would take a long time. Voucher also does not contain the regulations as drawn up by ACN.

En dat al vele jaren. Ik vond wel na de aantal negatieve meldingen dat dit gezegd moest worden perfect. Ik zou een ieder ander dit bedrijf aanraden. We have good service here. Call back immediately. And email the next day. And this was also about canceling a trip. I think the service is very good. And that for many years.
