Clear website. Very fast delivery, the package was delivered the same day. 1 product was incorrect, but Zeeuwse products have indicated that they will still send it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag contact gehad met Zeeuwse producten.nl naar aanleiding van een verkeerd toegestuurd product. Een boluscake besteld en een babbelaarcake ontvangen, fout van Zeeuwse-producten.nl
Service naar de klant is erg ver te zoeken.
Ik moet zelf een nieuwe boluscake online kopen (de verzendkosten werden dan wel vergoed) en krijg mijn geld terug als ik de babbelaarcake op eigen kosten terugstuur. Feitelijk maak ik dan meer kosten, terwijl zij een foute cake hebben toegestuurd.
Op mijn vraag in hoeverre de klant centraal staat wordt er gezegd dat ze er niet aan kunnen beginnen om de babbelaarcake te laten zitten. Waar hebben we het over, een cake van € 3,99!! Dit maak ik toch zelden mee met een online webshop, waarbij de profilering van je naam belangrijk is.
Today I had contact with Zeeuwse products.nl as a result of a product that was sent incorrectly. Ordered a bolus cake and received a chatter cake, error from Zeeuwse-producten.nl
Service to the customer is very far away.
I have to buy a new bolus cake online (the shipping costs were reimbursed) and get my money back if I return the chatter cake at my own expense. In fact, I incur more costs, while they have sent the wrong cake.
When asked to what extent the customer is central, it is said that they cannot start to leave the chatter cake. What are we talking about, a cake of € 3.99 !! I rarely experience this with an online webshop, where the profiling of your name is important.

Searching worldwide online, I found that Zeeuwse-Producten.nl sold them and so asked if they could deliver to me even though I live in Japan. They really went out of their way to help me and I am very grateful to them! From beginning to end, their customer service was top-notch, they were fast in replying my emails and were very friendly and helpful. They were flexible in enabling me to make payment via alternative methods, they were efficient in handling my order and were very assuring in checking up on my package's delivery status. I received my package today with the correct soft toy enclosed and couldn't be happy. A big thanks to Simone and Tom for all their help! Highly recommended!
