Ik kan niet anders dan zeggen : Hele fijne zaak!
Vooraf al duidelijkheid qua gang van zaken en een ongeveer prijs voor de reparatiekosten.
Binnen 24 uur werd ik al gebeld met de informatie over wat er wel en niet gelukt was.
Fijne communicatie en erg klantgericht!
Mocht ik weer problemen hebben op computer gebied dan kom ik hier zeker weer terug!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probleem met opladen van de laptop. In 1e instantie na thuiskomst met laptop niet volledig opgelost maar in 2e instantie goed opgelost met coulance in de prijs. Goed compromis. Volgende keer zeker weer naar ZEKERdigitaal.

Problem with charging the laptop. Not fully resolved after returning home with laptop in the first instance, but resolved well in the second instance with leniency in the price. Good compromise. Next time definitely go to ZEKERdigital.
