L	Leroy Martens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De negatieve reacties die ik hier lees zijn totaal niet van toepassing voor mij. Mijn bewindvoerder is zeer meedenkend reageert altijd snel. Tevens heb ik geen klachten, ik heb inzicht in het kasboek en zie ZEKER een progressie sinds we ermee begonnen zijn. Meneer Hurks doet goede dingen , denkt mee en wil het beste voor de klant dat is mijn mening. Er zijn tijden dat een reactie wat langer duurt maar heb altijd binnen 24 uur een reactie vaak sneller. Ik heb soms mijn twijfels maar dat is ook logisch als je je geld in iemand anders handen hebt. Vooralsnog ben ik tevreden en vind het fijn om de financiële kant van mijn leven uit te besteden omdat ik er zelf niet zo goed in ben. The negative comments that I read here are totally inapplicable to me. My administrator is very cooperative and always responds quickly. I also have no complaints, I have insight into the cash book and I see DEFINITELY a progression since we started it. Mr Hurks does good things, thinks along and wants the best for the customer, that is my opinion. There are times when a response takes a little longer, but always have a response within 24 hours often faster. Sometimes I have my doubts, but that makes sense when you have your money in someone else's hands. For the time being I am satisfied and I enjoy outsourcing the financial side of my life because I am not very good at it myself.

You cannot communicate through email about your health insurance, so everything must be done via phone calls even if you are abroad. The line is always busy, you'd have to stay on the line for minimum 20 minutes, and it gets disconnected easily. Some employees are nicer than others, but they give different answers to one same question. Really annoying.
