J	Jacqueline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nooit gedacht dat ik op mijn 48e in een sta-op-stoel zou willen zitten, maar na een zware buikoperatie is het mijn redding geweest tijdens herstel en revalidatie. Alleen in deze stoel kon ik zitten zonder druk op en rek van het wondgebied. Kort na de operatie fijn voor pijnvrij zitten, in de maanden erna voor verminderen en voorkomen van zwelling. Absoluut een aanrader voor anderen in zo’n situatie, ongeacht je leeftijd. Super geholpen door ZekerZit! Ik hoop dat het nog heel lang duurt voor ik weer een sta-op-stoel nodig heb, maar als het zo is, weet ik waar ik moet zijn! Bij levering was al duidelijk dat de (kleinst leverbare) stoel veel te groot is. N.a.v. de opmerkingen van de fysiotherapeut die de stoel installeert ("Dit is de kleinste" , "even uitproberen" en "als ze er maar op kan liggen" ), is de stoel gebleven. Na TWEE WEKEN is de onbruikbare stoel opgehaald. De kosten blijken €395,00 (het volledige kwartaalbedrag) te bedragen. Als klant weet je wanneer je bedankt én afgedankt bent. Ik hoop dat de leverancier nu ook weet, wanneer ze bedankt én afgedankt zijn. Omdat hij weinig kan bewegen en rolstoelgebruiker is wordt zijn spierkracht steeds minder. Hij kon zelfstandig nog moeilijk uit zijn comfortstoel komen. Nadat we een sta-op stoel hebben gehuurd is hij heel tevreden omdat hij nu toch weer enigszins zelfstandig mobiel is. Deze stoel is uiteindelijk zijn dagelijkse verblijfplaats. Mijn schoonvader gaf aan dat de sta-op stoel goed zit. Dit aanvullende comfort voor hem is de extra uitgave dubbel en dwars waard. Alleen de afstandsbediening deed het niet bij onze stoel. Gemaild of ik hem terug kon sturen. Dat kon. Maar ik kreeg maar 55 van de 95 euro terug. " omdat ze zoveel tijd en moeite moesten doen om het op te sturen". Meer hoef ik hier niet over kwijt. Preferably 0 stars, but that was not possible. Ordered manual control for stand on chair. Het was voor haar een verrassing. Diegene die de stoel bracht, stelde mijn schoonmoeder zo op haar gemak. Alles werd perfect afgemeten. Precies op haar lichaam. En hij nam te tijd voor de uitleg van de bediening van de stoel. Gebruiksaanwijzing zat erbij. En de stoel zag er als nieuw uit. Mijn schoonmoeder kan nu eindelijk comfortabel zitten en met de voetjes omhoog. En ze kan door de bediening makkelijker opstaan.. Al met al... Wij zijn ontzettend blij!! Zeker zit is een aanrader!!! Ik hoop dat de stoel die ze brengen bevalt, want deze meneer moet niet meer op pad worden gestuurd om hem op te halen. No idea how those chairs sit, but the employees who have to deliver them are insulting people with children on the street because they can't handle the stress of driving in Amsterdam. I hope you like the chair they bring, because this gentleman no longer needs to be sent out to pick him up.
R	Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede service, had de volgende dag de stoel al in huis. Goede nazorg, vriendelijk geholpen en keken mee naar oplossingen om de stoel nog meer naar mijn wens in te stellen. Zou ze zeker aanbevelen. Good service, had the chair at home the next day. Good aftercare, friendly help and looked at solutions to adjust the chair even more to my liking. Would definitely recommend them.
