Medewerker Olivier Lantink belooft van alles, maar laat communicatie en antwoord(en) achterwege. Hij mailt en belt niet terug. Tot op heden (12-2-22) nog steeds niets van hem vernomen. Ik geef het op, dit is mijn eerste ervaring met Zenna en het cijfer is een 1.

Sindsdien, zowel per mail als per telefoon .... niets van jullie mogen vernemen.
Submitted an application to buy a car on 14-1-22. Requested information made available. My mail made available, my mobile number made available. Employee Olivier Lantink promises a lot, but omits communication and answer(s). He emails and doesn't call back. To date (12-2-22) still have not heard from him. I give up, this is my first experience with Zenna and the rating is a 1.

They diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road so fast. They were polite, helpful, reasonably priced and made sure everything was perfect. Massive shout out to Richard who is not only gorgeous but has amazing customer service skills. I felt valued and more importantly I felt I could trust them. Which is huge for me!! THANK YOU ZENNA!
