★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience with this insurance company. I was insured with them for almost a year. I bought a new car and made a phonecall to transfer the insurance to the new car. Everything seemed well. Then I got a bill in the mail for my OLD car, I called them and they said it was a mistake and not to worry about it. Then a month later I get a letter from the RDW saying I am uninsured and will get a fine soon if I dont get insurance. I call up again and ask them WHY am I not insured? Apparently the person I spoke to got ALL my details wrong. I asked them to change my address (didn't happen), change my bank account (didn't happen) and update my phone number (completely wrong number was recorded), and he offered me an insurance package that was invalid. I was on the phone for a long time trying to get all my details fixed and was told that now I am finally insured (1 month later!). Then I get 4 different bills in the mail for around 100 euros?? I call them up and said I want to end my insurance because this is getting ridiculous. They told me I still owe them for the month I was uninsured because in their paperwork it says I was insured (I GOT A LETTER FROM THE RDW STATING I WAS NOT, AND ALL EMPLOYEES I SPOKE WITH ALSO CONFIRMED I WAS NOT). Lady was rude and forced me to pay the bill before closing my account. Really glad to be off this insurance.
I advise anyone to go somewhere else.
