★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dienstverlening op zich prima, producten zijn dik in orde. Alleen gaat men niet zo netjes om met opdrachtgevers.... De deur zit potdicht voor opdrachten omdat het te druk is. Amateuristisch en zeer klantonvriendelijk....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer, zeer slechte ervaring met ZIEN24. Afspraak 1 werd 's ochtends afgebeld in verband met vele zieken binnen het team. Is niet fijn, maar kan gebeuren. De volgende afspraak, een week later, zitten we te wachten en te wachten. Komt er niemand opdagen. Gebeld met Zien24, ze gaan het uitzoeken. We bellen u terug wordt er gezegd. Na een uur zelf maar weer eens gebeld, wordt aangegeven dat men nog in overleg is met de planning. Na nog weer een half uur weer zelf moeten bellen krijg ik te horen dat het mis is gegaan met het inplannen. Maar ik zou voor het einde van de ochtend worden teruggebeld met een eventuele oplossing. Om 12.30 opnieuw zelf gebeld omdat ik wederom nog niet gebeld was. Nee, sorry, we kunnen niets voor u betekenen. De eerst volgende mogelijkheid is over 2 weken. Klantgerichtheid is bij deze organisatie ver te zoeken.
Very, very bad experience with ZIEN24. Appointment 1 was canceled in the morning due to many sick within the team. Not nice, but can happen. The next appointment, a week later, we are waiting and waiting. No one shows up. Called Zien24, they're going to sort it out. We'll call you back, they say. After an hour of calling again, it is indicated that they are still in consultation with the planning. After another half hour of having to call again myself, I am told that the scheduling went wrong. But I would be called back before the end of the morning with a possible solution. At 12.30 I called again myself because again I had not been called yet. No, sorry, we can't help you. The next opportunity is in 2 weeks. Customer focus is hard to find in this organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That was their second attempt to make photos of my apartment. Their "professionals" do not know that they should not sit on a couch before making a photo of it, they do not see the cluttering objects in the picture, also turning on the lights and opening the curtains is beyond their knowledge. Their color correction is just a pathetic lightness adjustment.
