I come to Roermond especially for certain shoes at Siegs, the door is open at 13:00 on Sundays. I stand in front of a closed door. Ridiculous. So I will never come to you again.

Sympathetic staff, a little late with an exchange (online purchase) but no problem at all to take another size that fits.
