Achter de schermen zijn we druk bezig met het samenstellen van fijne arrangementen. Denk aan een combinatie van eten, drinken en slapen. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff that rolles their eyes if you ask more than 2 things, untidy chef who comes to tbe table to present supper chewy fatty meat and some side dishes you havent ordered but you will have to pay for at the end of the night. Waiter who doesnt know the hous wine and as a cherry on top - in the last bite of my salad was a HAIR of unknown origi e. Not mine or the one of my friend, stood at the end of the table we hardly reached. No one cared or gkd forbid offer a free coffee or...anything...NO SORRY EVEN. Too expensive for what it is, wont be going back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambiance was good the staff were fantastic, attentive, efficient and friendly. Especially the young lady waitress on duty that evening. The food was good but there was room for improvement. My wife had the half lobster which was good and well presented. My steak Tournedos was ok. I wasn't asked how i liked my steak cooked, but i did instruct the the waitress for medium to well done steak. Which it wasn't and i had to send it back to be cooked a little more. It came with a few vegetables of which the beetroot was inedible, so hard. Additionally, I ordered a side order of frites at €5 a time, a little expensive. For a €33 dish i would expect it to come with a choice of vegetables including frites. This made it a decent size meal but now at €38!
The final issue was that i was charged for two bottle of tap water, which i expect, but not at €5 a time. Two Lemon Tarts for desert, delicious. This made the meal for my wife and I expensive coming in at a total of €106 with only two small beers to accompany the meal, my wife drank the water which was only 50c cheaper than my beer. Shame really as the restaurant was recommended to us and we had a very delicious lunch two days before. Wouldn't go back for dinner, but would for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my lunch here. The restaurant is clean and modern, the design of the hanging lights is cute, and the waiter was very friendly. I think the lunch menu here is interesting, and I would recommend seafood to others. Also, there are seats outside if u wanna enjoy the last bits of summer. :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a hidden gem. Seriously! The staff was so helpful and made sure everyone was pleased. You could also tell that the cooks put a lot of care and attention to detail in the food. It was very delicious and a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Check it out if you visit Roermond.
