★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service forgot that our party of 5 pre-booked covers had already been seated. Drinks orders and a table setting followed 30mins after a reminder, we had to get up again to remind them we were there. The floor did not look particularly busy, just understaffed and poorly organised. I might find myself grabbing a bite there again to see if the rest of the menu has depth but taking guests or clients there is out of the question and definitely not advisable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are wonderful, certainly very attentive and professional. That has earns the 4 stars, and the wines are very good, but, there needs to be a little improvement with the food unfortunately. Certainly a good address and look forward to a 5 star report next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great addition to the culinary scene in Amsterdam. The restaurant has a small but interesting menu which is complemented with a very good wine menu, including a very well trained (wine) staff. Overal a great little place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an incredible time at Zoldering. The Food & Wine is Michelin star level, but even better, because its more accessible. You can pick and share plates. Perfect portions, great tastes. The place is beautiful. Everyone should go here, but not too much, because you need to leave some space for me and my friends to come back to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dinner at Zoldering last night. Super friendly service. All our dishes were excellent but the octopus was a real highlight. Rarely done well outside of the Mediterranean but this was exceptionally good. We will be back for sure.
