4 weken geleden een wasmachine gekocht een Miele bovenlader deze beviel mij toch niet.
Gevraagd of ik deze kon omruilen voor een ander.. βkon welβ maar dan kreeg ik voor de wasmachine die ik wilde inleveren nog maar
β¬ 50 terug terwijl ik daar β¬ 400 voor betaald heb 4 weken geleden en achteraf ook veel te veel voor betaald heb voor deze wasmachine, die 14 jaar oud blijkt te zijn!
Vraag mij af waar de 100% garantie voor staat in deze zaak en wat u onder service verstaat?
 Service is hard to find in this business!!
Bought a washing machine 4 weeks ago, a Miele top loader, I did not like it.
Asked if I could exchange it for another one.. "I could" but then I only got for the washing machine I wanted to hand in
β¬50 back while I paid β¬400 for it 4 weeks ago and afterwards also paid way too much for this washing machine, which turns out to be 14 years old!
Ask me what the 100% guarantee stands for in this case and what you mean by service?

Prices are still bit high though.

β β β β β There are thieves. They told me they will deliver home and install the oven and also they will take the old one back. When they came home they didnβt want to bring the oven up I ask my money back but they refused! Finally we did it ! They are not professional we regret our buy!

β β β β β 150 for an old dirty washing machine. Not properly installed and can not be used for the first two weeks, wasted me a lot of time for a solution. After 3 months, it's broken, no gurrante.
A new washing machine only costs 230 and has two years insurance.

β β β β β Lately, I bought a fridge here, but it's not fully working.
The owner is really rude, doesn't want to speak english and is not welcoming internationals. Don't trust him, because he says that he gives warranty, but it's not true. When I tried to ask him to change a piece properly he gave me a wrong piece and when I was complaining about it he litterally pushed me out of the shop.

β β β β β Do not buy your appliances here. The man is a hustler and a liar, and very difficult to deal with if you have any problems. We had an appliance arrive faulty and he immediately refused to help or come back, and said it would cost us for his trip if he were to come take a look at it. After visiting the store again, and trying twice to arrange for him to come and look at it, he still never did. He continually said he would call to arrange an appointment, and never did. In the end I ordered a replacement part myself simply because I do not want to have anything more to do with such a man. Do not believe the "warranty" or guarantee that things will work and were thoroughly checked. And if you see any good reviews, then they are probably people who simply got lucky with their purchase.

They provided fast and great service to resolve the issue and was good with communication during the process. We got recommendation to use their service from a friend who bought another product from them, and we would surely recommend them for good second hand electric appliances and maintenance service!
