Ook nu zijn weer alle opties doorgenomen aangaande de wijze van installeren. Er werd als eerste gezocht naar een kabeltrace uit het zicht. En dit is ook gelukt. Nette installatie. Ook nu zijn weer alle opties doorgenomen aangaande de wijze van installeren. Wat opviel is dat de monteurs uiterst zorgvuldig en respectvol met ons huis zijn omgegaan. Zo hadden ze wat tegenslag om door de betonvloer naar de kruipruimte te komen. In de vloer liggen vele leidingen, deze werden voorzichtig een klein beetje blootgelegd om er zeker van te zijn dat ze geen leidingen zouden raken. Offerte aangevraagd naar aanleiding van een gesprek met buren die al zonnepanelen hadden via Op Maat en ook heel tevreden waren. Dit geeft dan al vertrouwen. Al snel werd er contact opgenomen en een afspraak ingepland waarbij de mogelijkheden van ons dak werden bekeken en alles helder werd uitgelegd. Op de dag van installatie (27-10-`20) bleek dat de net nieuw geïnstalleerde groepenkast niet voldeed voor het aantal panelen, maar na overleg was het geen probleem voor de monteurs om dit ter plekke voor ons op te lossen. Ook tijdens het verdere proces ging alles in overleg. Installatie werd keurig werkend opgeleverd door vriendelijke, professionele monteurs. En een probleempje met de app wat ik niet zelf opgelost kreeg (de tijdlijn in de grafiek stond niet goed) werd na een e-mail naar de klantenservice voortvarend aangepakt en opgelost.
