★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds enige maanden een gerenoveerde studio, mooie nieuwe zonnebanken en alles perfect. Wel is de prijs verhoogd, maar dat is ook te merken aan de kwaliteit en de entourage van de studio.
Vriendelijk en hartelijk personeel !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kom net terug na een bezoekje voor de lichtste bank. Die vind ik prima, ik hoef niet pikzwart te worden, prima voor mij. Maar na een minuut of 8 begint dat ding een enorme bak herrie te maken, niet normaal. Volgens mij hoort zonnen ook ontspannen te zijn toch? Was het totaal niet, na 13 minuten de kermisattractie maar uit gezet. Toen ik het aankaartte gaf het personeel aan dit al te weten. Alsnje het weet, is het misschien een idee om dat dan de volgende keer vooraf te vermelden? Kan iemand besluiten of ie daar wel of geen zin in heeft. Je laat iemand tenslotte wel de volle mep betalen. Verder geen enkele vorm van excuus, niets. Slecht en met klantvriendelijkheid heeft dit niets te maken. Repareer of vervang je verrotte apparatuur aub. Daar gaan we dus niet meer heen.
Just come back after a visit for the lightest sofa. That's fine with me, I don't need to be pitch black, fine for me. But after about 8 minutes that thing starts making a huge noise, not normal. I think sunbathing should also be relaxing, right? Was it not at all, after 13 minutes the fairground attraction but turned off. When I brought it up, the staff indicated that they already knew this. If you know, would it be an idea to mention that in advance next time? Can anyone decide whether or not to do that. After all, you make someone pay full price. No apologies of any kind, nothing. Bad and with customer friendliness this has nothing to do. Please repair or replace your rotten equipment. So we don't go there anymore.
