★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had via bol.com een theorieboek besteld bij Zorgeloos Studeren. Door een fout bij bol.com kon dit niet tijdig worden geleverd. Ondanks dat Zorgeloos Studeren er niks mee te maken had eigenlijk hebben ze toch een oplossing met mij gezocht zodat ik alsnog online kon leren! Topbedrijf!
 Had ordered a theory book from Zorgloos Studeren via bol.com. Due to an error at bol.com, this could not be delivered on time. Even though Carefree Studying had nothing to do with it, they actually looked for a solution with me so that I could still learn online! Top company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hadden CBR-theorie boeken besteld samen met een aantal uur online examens oefenen. In het weekend bleek dat wij de inlogcodes kwijt waren, terwijl op maandag het examen was. Via de What's app contact gezocht en op zondag ontvingen wij de code's. Wat een service! Klantenservice die de maximale score verdient!
We had ordered CBR theory books along with a few hours of online exam practice. During the weekend it turned out that we had lost the login codes, while the exam was on Monday. Contacted via the What's app and on Sunday we received the codes. What a service! Customer service that deserves the maximum score!
