De begeleiders zijn nog zwakbegaafder dan de clienten die daar rondlopen.
Overdag wat lamme dagbesteding en s'avonds zie je dezelfde gasten op straat zwerven en hun "ding" doen.
Er wordt ook totaal geen discipline gevraagd van de clienten v.w.b. het zicht op weerbaarheid en zelfstandigheid in deze samenleving.
Scheinheilige vertoning wat erg riekt naar zoveel mogelijk subsidie trekken.

The counselors are even more retarded than the clients who walk around there.
During the day some lame daytime activities and in the evening you see the same guests roaming the street and doing their "thing".
There is also absolutely no discipline required from the clients with regard to the view of resilience and independence in this society.
