Patiënten na chemokuur urenlang laten wachten... door slechte telefonische bereikbaarheid... fouten in de ict, slechte contractuele afspraken met lokale vervoerders
Cannot accept Achmea tender.
Allowing patients to wait for hours after chemotherapy ... due to poor telephone accessibility ... errors in IT, poor contractual agreements with local carriers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aardige mensen aan de telefoon. Ritten die ruim van te voren worden geboekt zijn geen probleem, maar als een rit niet lang van tevoren gepland KAN worden, gaat het mis. De belofte: een taxi na maximaal een half uur wachten wordt keer op keer gebroken. ZCN heeft contacten met taxibedrijven die ritten weigeren of zeggen geen tijd te hebben. Andere taxibedrijven die wel komen nemen ruim de tijd voordat ze je richting op komen en zo verstreken onlangs na ontslag uit het ziekenhuis en het verschijnen van de taxi maar liefst 3 hele uren. Fijn als je net uit de chemo komt.
Nice people on the phone. Rides booked well in advance are no problem, but if a ride CANNOT be planned long in advance, things go wrong. The promise: after a maximum of half an hour a taxi is broken again and again. ZCN has contacts with taxi companies that refuse rides or say they don't have time. Other taxi companies that do come take plenty of time before they come in your direction and recently, after discharge from the hospital and the appearance of the taxi, it took no less than 3 full hours. Fine if you just got out of chemo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 18 minuten in de wacht eindelijk doorgeschakeld naar een medewerker. Kort daarna werd de verbinding verbroken, terug bellen doen ze helaas niet aan.
After 18 minutes on hold finally transferred to an employee. Shortly afterwards the connection was broken, unfortunately they do not call back.
