★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel fijn dat ik de administratie van mijn eigen bedrijf en die van mijn klanten op één plek heb. Ik kan makkelijk wisselen tussen de verschillende administraties. De ondersteuning is top. Als ik eens tegen een probleem aanloop, wordt dat zo snel mogelijk aangepakt. Suggesties voor verbetering worden, waar mogelijk, in de app verwerkt.
It's great that I have the administration of my own company and that of my customers in one place. I can easily switch between the different administrations. The support is great. If I ever encounter a problem, it will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Suggestions for improvement are, where possible, processed in the app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als grafisch ontwerper ben ik visueel ingesteld. Ik was in het begin best kritisch over de lay-out van de factuur. Gelukkig kan er in overleg veel aangepast worden. Ook had ik een aantal specifieke wensen op het gebied van de gebruiksvriendelijkheid. ZP app gaat heel ver mee en er zijn diverse oplossingen bedacht en gerealiseerd waar andere gebruikers ook van kunnen profiteren. Verder een grote pluim voor de afdeling support. Het persoonlijk contact en de gedrevenheid spreken me zeer aan. De snelheid in het systeem laat soms te wensen over. Desondanks kan ik ZP app iedereen aanbevelen.
As a graphic designer I am visually oriented. In the beginning I was quite critical about the layout of the invoice. Fortunately, a lot can be adjusted in consultation. I also had a number of specific requirements in terms of user-friendliness. ZP app goes very far and various solutions have been devised and realized that other users can also benefit from. Furthermore, a big compliment for the support department. The personal contact and the enthusiasm really appeal to me. The speed in the system sometimes leaves something to be desired. Nevertheless, I can recommend ZP app to everyone.
