β β β β β Als bedrijf dat een tussenpersoon vormt tussen de Afrikaanse bedrijven en mezelf als reiziger heb ik hun meerwaarde niet echt gevoeld.
Vanaf het 1e moment van ophalen van onze auto, bleek de betaling nog niet te zijn gedaan. Ook waren onze papieren nog niet gereed en heeft dit ons veel tijd gekost.
Gedurende onze reis hebben onze auto en sateliet telefoon niet naar behoren gefunctioneerd
Wij hebben toen zelf de volledige communicatie met de Afrikaanse bedrijven moeten verrichten en hebben ons door ZA-specialist echt in de steek gelaten gevoeld.
Ik raad andere reizigers dit bedrijf niet aan.
As a company that is an intermediary between African companies and myself as a traveler, I have not really felt their value.
From the 1st moment of picking up our car payment proved not to be done. Our papers were not yet ready and it cost us a lot of time.
Throughout our journey our car and satellite phone have not functioned properly
We then themselves must carry the full communication with African companies and have us really felt let down by ZA specialist.
I advise other travelers not to this company.

β β β β β Shout out naar Lies! Wat een geweldige service! Altijd bereikbaar, flexibel en denkt mee om een leuke reis te plannen. Zuid Afrika was geweldig en nou ben ik benieuwd naar andere zuidelijke Afrikaanse landen. Wellicht tot de volgende reis!!!
Shout out to Lisa! What a great service! Always available, flexible and thinks along to plan a nice trip. South Africa was great and now I'm curious about other southern African countries. Maybe until the next trip!!!
