★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De docent heeft veel extra kennis en achtergrondinformatie in huis, dat merk je tijdens de les. Het is heel fijn om af en toe wat dieper in de yogawereld te duiken. Oefeningen met focus op ademhaling, kracht, flexibiliteit en ontspanning maakt dat deze lessen heel fijn zijn om te ontstressen :-) een aanrader dus!
The teacher has a lot of extra knowledge and background information, which you will notice during the lesson. It is very nice to dive deeper into the yoga world every now and then. Exercises with a focus on breathing, strength, flexibility and relaxation make these lessons very nice to de-stress :-) so highly recommended!
