E	Eckhard Bienen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für die Erstellung eines internationalen Führerscheines hatte ich meinen Kartenführerschein, ein Passbild, einen Dienstausweis und mehrere andere Ausweise dabei. Nur keinen Personalausweis. Obwohl meine Identität eindeutig fest stand, schickte man mich zurück (1,5 Std Autofahrt Hin- und Zurück). Ich kann nur hoffen, dass diese Beamten auch mal so streng nach Vorschrift behandelt werden und dann merken, wie kleinkariert das ist! To issue an international driver's license, I had my card driver's license, a passport photo, an official ID card and several other IDs with me. Just no identity card. Although my identity was clearly established, I was sent back (1.5 hour drive there and back). I can only hope that these officers will be treated so strictly according to the regulations and then realize how small-minded it is!
G	Günter Brands on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Behörde mit Beamten die zurecht dort sitzen. Auf dem freien Arbeitsmarkt keine Chancen auf eine Anstellung. Ein unkompetenter Haufen. Retrotisch eine Katastrophe. Zur Zulassung genügt ab dieses Jahr keine Kopie des Perso nicht mehr. Also bringe ich die originalen Unterlagen für meine Frau dort hin. Eine Empfangsbestätigung gibt's nicht. Der Zulassungsdienst möchte dann das Fahrzeug anmelden und wie zu erwarten ist der Ausweis nicht auffindbar. Am anderen Tag der zweite Versuch und Zack, er wird gefunden. Der Zulassungsdienst teilt mir dann mit, das ich den Ausweis am Schalter abholen kann. Denkste.. Ich brauche zur Abholung eine Vollmacht..wie? Habe den Perso doch persönlich vorbei gebracht!! Aussage von einem Mitarbeiter.. wir dürfen das nicht. Ohne Vollmacht kein Ausweis. Ich könnte ja getrennt von meiner Frau sein. Ja klar, deswegen bringe ich den auch zur Zulassung hin. Was soll ich sagen. Eine Farce und sowas wird von uns bezahlt. An authority with officials who rightly sit there. No chance of getting a job on the free labor market. An incompetent bunch. A retro disaster. As of this year, a copy of the ID is no longer sufficient for admission. So I bring the original paperwork over there for my wife. There is no confirmation of receipt. The registration service then wants to register the vehicle and, as expected, the ID cannot be found. The next day the second try and bang, he's found. The admissions service then informs me that I can pick up the ID card at the counter. you think.. I need a power of attorney for collection..how? I personally brought the person over!! Statement from an employee.. we are not allowed to do this. Without a power of attorney, there is no ID. I could be separated from my wife. Yes, of course, that's why I bring it to the approval. What can I say. A farce and stuff like that is paid for by us.
H	Hannes Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine grottenschlechte Verwaltung. Terminvergabe in weiter ferne nur möglich. Nichtmal warteschleife bekommen die hin. Ständig neues wählen erforderlich. Noch schlechter kaum möglich. A lousy administration. Appointments can only be made further away. They don't even get a queue. Constantly new dialing required. Hardly possible worse.
M	Martina Speckert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gruselig. Eingangskontrolle ist gut und richtig. Aber nicht so! Hatte einen Termin, musste mich aber hinten in einer Reihe anstellen. Hatte zuvor schon 1,5 Stunden im Auto gesessen um auf meinen Termin zu warten. Als der dann kam, hatte ich noch 8 Personen vor mir. Ob deren Termin vor oder nach meinem war interessierte niemanden. Konnte dann 15 Minuten nach meinem Termin ins Strassenverkehrsamt, um dort dann nochmal 15 Minuten zu warten. Da frag ich mich warum man überhaupt Termine macht. ? Den Herren über das Amt (Security) sei Dank? Creepy. Entry control is good and correct. But not like this! Had an appointment but had to queue at the back of the line. Had previously sat in the car for 1.5 hours waiting for my appointment. When that came, I still had 8 people in front of me. No one was interested in whether their appointment was before or after mine. I was then able to go to the road traffic office 15 minutes after my appointment to wait another 15 minutes there. I wonder why you make appointments at all. ? Thanks to the gentlemen about the office (security) ?
E	Ezel Eysan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miserabel! Man wird um 16:29 Uhr weggeschickt, obwohl ein Termin vereinbart wurde und man rechtzeitig da war. Die Begründung es sei jetzt schon zu spät um eine Bearbeitung durchführen zu können. So müssen wir nach Holland wieder zurückfahren. Katastrophe. Macht den Laden doch lieber zu, bevor Ihr noch weitere negativen Bewertungen bekommt. Miserable! You are sent away at 4:29 p.m., although an appointment was made and you were there on time. J	Jordi Mertens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die letzte Bastion der deutschen Bürokratie. Das was man hier erlebt könnte man teilweise als RTL 2 Patent verkaufen...( siehe u.a andere Rezensionen). Ich nutze mittlerweile nur noch Zulassungsdienste, da ich meinen auf der Zulassungsstelle regelmäßig erzeugten 180´er Ruhepuls teilweise nicht mehr ertragen kann :o) Nichts desto trotz gibt es hier auch sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter, welche Ihren Job gerne und auch gut machen. Leider überwiegen die negativen Erfahrungen The last bastion of German bureaucracy. What you experience here could be partly sold as an RTL 2 patent... (see other reviews). I now only use registration services, because I can sometimes no longer endure my 180 resting heart rate that I regularly generate at the registration office :o) Nevertheless, there are also very nice and friendly employees here who like to do their job and do it well. Unfortunately, the negative experiences outweigh the negative ones

Nach 30 min in der Kälte- hereingelassen wurde natürlich niemand- bin ich dann wieder gegangen. Urlaubstag weg, 40km umsonst gefahren- bin echt begeistert. Und Internet Zulassung funktioniert schon mal gar nicht, sind ja erst im 21sten Jahrhundert und in Mitteleuropa... 9:15 appointment, everything full in front of the door. According to the security service, server problems... Otherwise, no further information from anyone. After 30 minutes in the cold - of course nobody was let in - I left again. Holiday day gone, 40km driven for nothing - I'm really excited. And internet approval doesn't work at all, it's only in the 21st century and in Central Europe...
H	Henry K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was ein ..... Verein. Telefonisch erreicht man die garnicht. Versuche seit über einer Stunde da anzurufen komme aber immer nur in die Warteschlange. Nach ca 4 min wird dann einfach aufgelegt und gesagt rufen sie zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmal an. Jetzt renne ich denen wieder hinterher nur, weil die meine Dokumente verloren haben. What a ..... club. You can't reach them by phone. Trying to call there for over an hour but only ever get in the queue. After about 4 minutes you just hang up and say you call again at a later point in time. Now I'm just running after them again because they lost my documents.
