★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds COVID-19 bestaat is de sportschool zeer snel achteruit gegaan.
Wanneer de sportschool vanuit de overheid dicht moet, zijn ze ook echt dicht. Geen communicatie, geen online lessen of andere creatieve oplossingen dat andere sportscholen wel doen.
Nu de sportscholen weer open zijn hebben ze ook het abonnement met 20% in kosten verhoogd en de voorwaarden ten nadelen voor de sporter aangepast. Waarmee zij altijd adverteerde om leden binnen te halen is geschrapt en je betaald meer.
Ook is er 0 onderhoud geweest. In alle maanden dat de sportschool dicht was, is er geen moeite genomen om kapotte apparatuur te repareren. Ook 80% van de kluisjes zijn nog steeds defect.
Daarnaast maken zij het apparatuur ook niet meer schoon. Dat moet je nu zelf doen, in principe prima. Alleen er zijn geen middelen om dit te doen. Per verdieping staat er één spuit om het apparatuur schoon te maken. In de praktijk wordt er dus ook niet meer schoon gemaakt.
Het personeel zit alleen maar aan de balie, klantvriendelijkheid is verdwenen en de sfeer is flink gedaald. Het "oude" personeel die er aan het begin was, die zijn verdwenen. Nu zit er nieuw personeel die geen feeling hebben met de mens en club.
Als laatste houden zij zich ook niet aan de Corona maatregelen. Je mag anno mei 2021 met 30 personen maximaal naar binnen, meer dan het dubbele is aanwezig. Er zijn weinig tot geen desinfectiemiddelen en andere preventieve maatregelen.
De gehele Corona periode hebben wij als familie allemaal abonnementen bij jullie aangehouden. Omdat wij de ondernemer in deze tijd willen steunen. Doorbetaald, maar achteraf hebben wij er spijt van. Want er is vanuit de sportclub niets, maar dan ook niets ondernomen.
Naast Zummitt zit een Basic-Fit, daar gaan wij nu heen.

The staff only sit at the counter, customer friendliness has disappeared and the atmosphere has declined considerably. The "old" staff who were there at the beginning have disappeared. Now there is new staff who have no feeling for people and the club.
Finally, they do not adhere to the Corona measures. In May 2021 you can enter with a maximum of 30 people, more than double is present. There are little to no disinfectants and other preventive measures.
The entire Corona period, we as a family have all kept subscriptions with you. Because we want to support the entrepreneur at this time. Paid on, but we regret it afterwards. Because nothing has been done by the sports club.
Next to Zummitt is a Basic-Fit, that's where we are now going.

In eerste instantie gekozen voor Zummitt omdat deze goedkoper, netter en dichterbij was vergeleken met de andere sportscholen. Daar is helaas niets meer van over.
Sinds corona is het letterlijk en figuurlijk echt een stink sportschool geworden. Alle abonnementen zijn flink verhoogd, maar de sportschool zelf is alleen maar achteruit gegaan. Veel kapotte apparaten die maar niet gerepareerd worden, veel viezigheid en communicatie? Dat woord kennen ze niet eens. En klachten? Daar doen ze niets mee.
Als sporter betaal je alle maanden automatisch door (ondanks de sportschool dicht is wegens corona), zonder dat je hier netjes ook maar iets over te horen krijgt. Bij Basic-fit kreeg ik nog een paar opties (de keuze om mn account te bevriezen bijvoorbeeld). Vind het geen probleem om de sportschool te steunen om door te blijven betalen bij sluiting, maar laat me dit zelf kiezen.
Vind het brutale geldwolven die enkel denken aan eigen belang ipv het belang van de sporter. Ik ben weer terug bij Basic-Fit :D
Worthless!
Initially opted for ZOmitt because it was cheaper, netter and closer compared to the other gyms. Unfortunately, there is nothing left about that.
Since Corona it has been literally and figuratively a stink gym. All subscriptions have been increased considerably, but the gym itself has only been deteriorated. Many broken devices that are not repaired, a lot of dirt and communication? They don't even know that word. And complaints? They don't do anything with that.
As a athlete you automatically pay for all months (despite the gym is closed because of Corona), without having to hear anything about it. At Basic-Fit I received a few options (the choice to freeze my account for example). Don't find it a problem to support the gym to continue paying at closure, but let me choose this yourself.
Find the brutal money wolves that only think of their own interest instead of the interest of the athlete. I'm back at Basic-Fit: D
