★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont even try to go on busy and hot day. Parking management disaster, blocked way out and nobody even cared. Tickets, stayed in the line at open sun with kid for 1 hour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved going here on a hot day and because we went around 12 the pool wasn't really busy. The grass field is nice to sit on and the water is nicely cold on a hot day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great deep pool. Up to 3.5m deep. Possible to dive jump from the tower/high board. Green grass (decided into 2 zones: non smoking are and for smokers) around to lay down and sun bathe. Are to play ball /sports. including soccer goal gate. Possible to rent umbrellas and sunbeds and/or chairs. 1x Medium ish water slide. Smaller pool/separate swimming area for kids. Possible to purchase something to eat and drink. Key lock small lockers for valuables. Payed Mobile Charging point. At the entrance board with Today's water °C in the pool. No gift/ water toys and plays shop. Just beach balls possible to purchase at the food / snack bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic outdoor pools with grass fields to sit in the sun (or shade). Nice little cafe to with all the usual snacks. Reminds me of an old fashioned lido. Such a great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great 50mtr HEATED outdoor swimmingpool. Is was 23.1 C which is fine for swimming without wetsuit. Water was clean, as the lockerroom, shower etc. Cost 4€ open April-September. They usually do not use lines, so bit getting used to it, but it’s not a busy swimming pool, so great for lapses. It opens at 7AM. Beware of kids holidays:-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice 50 m heated outdoor pool, just on the border of Leiden. Easy access by bicycle and cars and also enough parking spots for free. The pool was recently renovated (2021) so enough locker rooms and renewed toilets. Only the outdoor showers can use some extra power, now you have to run up and down to get some water drops. The regular hot indoor showers are still closed since COVID-19. Update: They opened the hot indoor showers a week before the final seasonal closing. Very nice!
The pool has a high and low diving board and since COVID-19 it is organised in lanes (which is a huge plus if you want do your excercise). The opening hours during summer are excellent (7am - 7pm during weekdays and 10am-5.30pm in the weekends) and the staff is friendly too. Lots of space around the pool where you can sit on the grass and relax. For the younger ones there is a puddle pool and a small pool with a big slide. There is a small cafeteria next to the entrance where you can grab your coffee after your swim. Unfortunately only open in late spring - summer. Our favourite place in Leiden from April - September.
