β β β β β Prima zwembad, met nette faciliteiten en vriendelijke medewerkers. Klein maar fijn en heel schoon. Bij de ingang kun je eventueel enkele kleine snacks halen of wat te drinken.
Goed bereikbaar met de auto met genoeg parkeergelegenheden. O.V. is iets beperkter met alleen tram 23 voor de deur. Wel ligt Keizerzwaard op 10min lopen en daar stoppen schillende bussen en trams.
Hou wel even rekening met de roosters voor activiteiten, zeker tijdens Corona.
 Great pool, with neat facilities and friendly staff. Small but nice and very clean. At the entrance you can get some small snacks or something to drink.
Easily accessible by car with plenty of parking. O.V. is a bit more limited with only tram 23 in front of the door. Keizerzwaard is a 10-minute walk away and various buses and trams stop there.
Please take into account the schedules for activities, especially during Corona.

β β β β β Onlangs gebeld wegens sportpas. Vertelt een oude (hopelijk binnenkort met pensioen) telefoniste dat ik het hele jaar had om te komen zwemmen. Pardon? Wie betaalt het zwemabonnement? Ten eerste hoort u niet ongevraagd in discussie te gaan met deelnemers over het coronabeleid. Ten tweede was de essentie van het telefoongesprek niet om aan te horen dat het abonnement was verlopen, maar om een oplossing aan te reiken in deze bizarre pandemie. Een beetje empathie richting medemens zal uw medewerkers sieren in plaats van onfatsoenlijk te woord staan door het telefoon. Vreselijk om dingen aan te horen terwijl je daarvoor niet belt.
Recently called about sports pass. Tells an old (hopefully soon to be retired) operator that I had all year to come for a swim. Excuse me? Who pays for the swimming subscription? Firstly, you should not enter into an unsolicited discussion with participants about the corona policy. Second, the essence of the phone call was not to hear that the subscription had expired, but to offer a solution to this bizarre pandemic. A little empathy towards fellow human beings will enhance your employees instead of being rudely spoken to on the phone. Terrible to hear things when you don't call for it.
