Met deze klacht naar de winkel gegaan waar totaal geen coulance werd getoond de schoenen konden niet retour en geld terug was ook geen optie.... 80 euro weggegooid.... balen voor een student
Bought shoes that I felt were a bit on the tight side. I was told that this is always the case in the beginning. After 1 workout 2 blue toes. Went to the store with this complaint where no leniency was shown at all, the shoes could not be returned and money back was not an option either.... 80 euros thrown away.... bales for a student

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service. Onlangs een nieuw paar voetbalschoenen gekocht bij Voetbalshop. Mijn eigen maat was helaas niet meer op voorraad. Op aanraden van het personeel een maat groter genomen, echter valt deze achteraf te groot uit na 5 minuten op het trainingsveld. Vervolgens wilt men de schoenen niet meer innemen door een paar minieme krasjes op de noppen. Slechte zaak voor een fysieke winkel om ondermaats te zijn op service.
Bad service. Recently bought a new pair of football boots at Voetbalshop. My own size was unfortunately no longer in stock. On the advice of the staff, taken a size larger, but it is too big after 5 minutes on the training field. Then people no longer want to take the shoes because of a few minute scratches on the studs. Bad thing for a brick and mortar store to be below par on service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie spullen en goede merken, ook shirts met naam bedrukt te verkrijgen. De medewerkers hebben verstand van zaken, ietwat aan de prijzige kant maar daarentegen veel op voorraad. Voorheen was dit "Sportmaat"
Nice stuff and good brands, also shirts with name printed available. The employees are knowledgeable, somewhat on the pricey side, but on the other hand, a lot of stock. Previously this was "Sportmaat"
