Ordered one item 2 times by a mistake tried to change straight away but wasn’t possible but yet they took from my account.
I tried Twitter Facebook email live chat which by the way is a bot
Customer service is pathetic
Their number is constantly busy can’t get through
My advice shop elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a t-Shirt online, went to return it in store for a size smaller. They said I can pick it up in a couple of days and they’re gonna let me know per sms when it’s ready for pick up. Been waiting almost 2 weeks now, no way it can take that long. ALSO I’ve tried to call there the whole morning and weirdly it’s always occupied. So just poor customer service really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell stuff on their dutch website (.nl) without having any inventory in the netherlands, I have been waiting on my package for over a month and now the deliverer DPD has trouble finding my adres, no way to contact JD via phone. This is the worst service I have ever experienced while online shopping, won't be doing any of my business there in the future if they can't handle sending out 3 T's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered pants from here 2 MONTHS AGO and it still hasn’t arrived.
I contacted the customer service FOUR TIMES and no response at all. It’s super annoying and I feel helpless, there is no way to contact them and at this point I just want my damn money back.
