very disappointed by the system, a customer service that does not have people speaking French, 50 minutes of conversation to finally understand each other, long delivery and more I still miss some of the order I've been waiting for almost 10 days! last last time I go through 1moda

Very good experience with this company. Always a quick response to my emails and if there is something, it is solved quickly and neatly.

Schoenen besteld, onmiddellijk moeten betalen, na meer dan 7 dagen krijg ik een mail schoenen niet voorradig ! We zijn nu 20 dagen verder nog steeds geen geld terug gekregen, ondanks dat men wel een creditnota heeft opgemaakt! Op mails reageren ze niet en telefonisch slaat het de hele tijd af. WIL MIJN GELD TERUG ! betreft: Uw creditmemo #100003181 voor bestelling #100015423. Ik wacht nog max 7 dagen, anders ga ik hier verder mee. Het is gewoon een schande !!
Too bad I had not read these reviews before. Then I might never have placed an order. Shoes ordered, have to pay immediately, after more than 7 days I get a mail shoes out of stock! We have still not received a refund 20 days later, despite the fact that a credit note has been drawn up! They do not respond to e-mails and it turns off by phone all the time. WANT MY MONEY BACK! concerns: Your credit memo # 100003181 for order # 100015423. I will wait max 7 days, otherwise I will continue with this. It's just a shame !!
