★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super goed advies en service. Vakkundig en snel voor een schappelijke prijs. ‘s Avonds slot moeten laten vervangen omdat ik het cilinder er wegens ouderdom uitgetrokken had. Nachtslot werkt ook weer en gelijk maar anti-kerntrekbeslag laten monteren. Alles bij elkaar amper 250 euro in de BTW en dat ‘s avonds.
Super good advice and service. Professional and fast for a reasonable price. I had to have the lock replaced in the evening because I pulled the cylinder out due to old age. Nachtslot also works again and again, but have anti-core pulling hardware installed. All in all barely 250 euros in VAT and that in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oplichters! Snelle babbel. Rekenen voorrijkosten, diagnose en montage kosten en over ene slot dat voor 80 euro te koop is op internet rekenen ze het drie-dubbele. Heb ze laten komen en na montage bleek ook mijn elektrische bediening het niet meer te doen. Montage van slot in kozijn is gedaan met muur vulsel. Dat er zo met een mesje uit te drukken was.
scammers! Quick chat. Charge call-out costs, diagnosis and assembly costs and they charge triple that for a lock that is for sale on the internet for 80 euros. I had them come and after mounting it turned out that my electrical control no longer works. Installation of lock in frame is done with wall filler. That it was so easy to squeeze out with a knife.

I had to pay extra 20 euros without any necessity, and even after arguing with the owner of the service about this, he didn't returned me the money and asked me to call the police. Let me explain this: I forgot the door inside my house and called him on Dec 26th at around 19:00. I explained him the problem and asked about the price, but he only daid that it would cost 35 euros for the locksmith to come here and then he would tell me how much would be the service.
The locksmith came and opened the door, at the end he billed 35 (come at my home - ok) + 50 (open the door - ok) + 35 (to come here late at night - wich was not ok). After discussing with him about this come late at night he changed this 35 for 20. At the end I payed this 20 and he asked me to call his boss again and complain about this. I called him, and he saif that if I wanted my money back I would need to call the police. That's why I am rating this as 1 star.
