★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed bereikbaar. Had gereageerd op een woning. Mocht gelijk komen kijken. Vriendelijke mensen en kwamen professioneel over. Al mijn vragen werden per mail netjes beantwoord Contract kon snel geregeld worden. Bedankt ! Ben heel blij met de woning.
 Easily accessible. Responded to a home. Should come and have a look. Friendly people and came across as professional. All my questions were answered neatly by e-mail. Contract could be arranged quickly. Thank you ! I am very happy with the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They dont keep appointments on time. When asked why they could check the house on time, they said they had forgotten about the date and time. I had to literally send hundreds of emails call them for three months before I got back my security deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I have lived in their house for 3 years. For the whole period they couldnt repair a kitchen lamp. Every winter heating system was malfunctioning.They refused to help when tenants made a complaint about an abusive tenant. After I helped them with finding new tenant for my place and cleaned the room in my free time, They wouldnt even pay me back my deposit and stoped answering me at all. It is safe to say Im not gonna see my 425 euro.
Strongly Avoid this company.

They are trying to rip off the entire wing of international tenants (explicitly stating this does not regard Dutch nationals) by not returning the deposit money against the contract - the room and common areas were left clean and no equipment was missing. ALL 115 students were robbed of their deposit money. This case goes to court and we are positive it will end well due to all the evidence acting to our advantage but this is to warn anyone who intends to rent anything from 4Freedom.
The photo was taken a few minutes after moving in by one of my flatmates. We left the place in a much better state, yet need to fight for the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star review because I could not give a lower rating. The company exploits international tenants charging excessive cleaning fees and withholding deposit with no good reason. Meanwhile they perform minimal cleaning and maintenance.
Never make the mistake of choosing housing managed by this agency.
