About Plaza Resident Services Campus 030
We do this by offering students, new residents and city starters of all sorts smart, smaller urban living spaces to make into their own homes and the residential services to help knit those homes into a real community.
While traditional housing policy privileges permanent home ownership, we draw our inspiration from the original plazas, where a diverse, dynamic mix of people regularly came together to create a cosmopolitan and welcoming environment.
That is the vision connecting our network of modern, multi-residential buildings in cities across Europe.
They are all different spaces, but we manage each of them according to the same principles of transparency, community, security and connection between people.
When you come to a new city, you need to find your own place. Both the physical space that you will inhabit and make your own place and the wider social space that makes up the neighbourhoods, communities and ultimately, the city itself.

β β β β β Onderstaande reviews zijn net een maand oud. Voordat ik hier kwam huren waren er 100'en slechte reviews. Vertrouw de goede reviews dus niet en ga op onderzoek naar andere reviews over Camelot Europe.
Geloof me; met dit bedrijf wil je niet in zee gaan. Ze proberen je op alle mogelijke wijzen geld afhandig te maken. Je borg wordt zo lang mogelijk vastgehouden of desnoods niet uitbetaald, je wordt nieuwe contracten aangesmeerd onder valse voorwendselen en je betaald honderden euro's voor totaal onzinnige dingen.
Mensen die hier werken zijn duidelijk op de hoogte van de verziekte bedrijfscultuur. Ik snap niet dat je hier kan werken en nog goed kan slapen.
Je kan je nog zo goed voorbereiden. Naaien doen ze je toch wel. Als je twijfelt om bij dit bedrijf te huren; DOE HET NIET.

Believe me; you don't want to work with this company. They try to steal money from you in every possible way. Your deposit will be held for as long as possible or, if necessary, not paid out, you will be put on new contracts under false pretenses and you will pay hundreds of euros for totally nonsensical things.
People who work here are clearly aware of the corrupted corporate culture. I don't understand that you can work here and still sleep well.
You can prepare so well. They will sew you anyway. If you have doubts about renting from this company; DO NOT DO IT.

β β β β β Not good for non-Dutch students. They will charge unnecessary even if you have given neat-clean room. They just want to make money. The washing clothes and drying is super expensive. Not an ideal place for students. The place is not worthy the price they charge for.
The place may look good from outside. But the management and services are not good.
I am 100% sure about the people who are giving good review they are not tenant of this place.

β β β β β Lived here from December 2018 until May 2019. In fact, I was the very first tenant of this place. When the building was ready, I was the first one to get the keys to the apartment. What an "honor".
This is where the romance ends.
Camelot has never replied an email. Never. Not even one. It's definitely a company policy.
A few weeks ago I received an email saying I was going to he charged 200 euros for "settlement costs", more than 2 years after leaving. In the contract we signed, there is a clause (11.8) saying that "due to the short term contract, both parties agree that there will not be settlement costs after the end of the contract".
I answered their email showing that they were about to break the contract we signed.
As expected, my email was ignored, I didn't get any reply or explanation and I just got charged 200 euros.
I won't even start with the 150 euros they tried to take from my deposit 6 months later, completely baseless. Only after some angry calls (no email, see?) they gave up on charging me.
Horrible company. Just horrible.

β β β β β The apartment is nice and new, yes! The location is super nice. But they always want to charge you an additional cost! We got the room for 2 people and got only 1 key, how does it make sense? And of course, additional key costs extra! The service of the apartment is also very bad. They donβt care about the complain they work very slow and you can do nothing but wait. Since they donβt care!! The price isnβt cheap at all and thisβs what youβll get!! so only stay here if you canβt find somewhere else to stay.
