Thuis bij het uitpakken ging er iets mis....de deur sprong in duizenden stukjes glas...gelijk gebeld. Was geen probleem, konden vandaag gelijk een nieuwe deur komen ophalen. Bedankt voor deze superservice. En de cabine is al heerlijk volop in gebruik! Yesterday I bought an infrared cabin, brought it home on the trailer. At home when unpacking, something went wrong .... the door jumped into thousands of pieces of glass ... immediately called. Was no problem, could immediately pick up a new door today. Thank you for this super service. And the cabin is already in full use!

Snel geleverd en ook nog in elkaar gezet op een vakkundige manier ! Prima winkel, aanrader dus !! Great explanation of the possibilities and honest and good advice and very customer-oriented. Er wordt constructief met de klant meegedacht bij het zoeken naar oplossingen bij lastige en ingewikkelde montageproblematiek. Bij dit bedrijf geld nog echt "De klant is koning" Ik zou geen minpunt kunnen bedenken. Joop A great company !!! Pros The communication with the customer is very accurate and transparent. Promises made and agreements made are fully met. There is constructive thinking with the customer when searching for solutions to difficult and complicated assembly problems. M	Martyn En on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaren geleden al een heatpanel gekocht, ik gebruik hem onder extreme omstandigheden direct aan zee en heb hem in de winter nooit binnen gehaald. Buiten garantie laten reviseren en meteen een tweede gekocht. De komende winter baal ik ze wel binnen, is namelijk een kwestie van 2 schroefjes en daarna het paneel uit de beugel schuiven. Super service van een eerlijke en aardige man. Zeker aan te bevelen! I bought a heatpanel years ago, I use it under extreme conditions right by the sea and never brought it in during the winter. Overhauled under warranty and immediately bought a second one. The coming winter I'll bale them in, because it is a matter of 2 screws and then slide the panel out of the bracket. Super service from an honest and nice man. I recommend it!

Alle vragen die ik had over terrasverwarming zijn hier beantwoord en, heel belangrijk, ook gedemonstreerd. Vertrokken met een terrasverwarming waar we heel erg tevreden over zijn. Functionaliteit is belangrijker dan design. Hier beter geholpen dan bij een groot bedrijf op de midden Veluwe dat uiteindelijk ook veel te duur bleek te zijn. Daar zien ze mij dus ook niet meer terug. This man knows what he's talking about. Do not try to sell the most expensive product, but the product that suits you best. All the questions I had about patio heating were answered here and, very importantly, demonstrated. We left with a patio heater that we are very satisfied with. Functionality is more important than design. Helped here better than with a large company in the middle of the Veluwe, which turned out to be far too expensive. So they don't see me there again.
