★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij ontvingen 2 (gratis?) stalen. Op 1 mei werd ons een offerte beloofd. Deze ontvingen wij op 6 mei. Nadat wij de -vrijblijvende- offerte niet hadden geaccepteerd, moesten de stalen na een zeer chagrijnige reactie worden retour gestuurd op onze kosten. Ik heb direct op de website gezocht, echter kon hierover geen voorwaarden vinden. Als je de offerte niet accepteert is het blijkbaar gedaan met de service. Of de offerte is niet gratis, dat kan ook.
We received 2 (free?) Samples. We were promised a quote on 1 May. We received this on 6 May. After we had not accepted the non-binding offer, the samples had to be returned to our costs after a very moody reaction. I searched the website directly, but could not find any conditions. If you do not accept the quote, it is apparently done with the service. Or the quotation is not free, you can.
