★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reageren niet adequaat op vragen over kwaliteitsproblemen. Zeggen via what's app emails gestuurd te hebben maar wanneer je vraagt voor screenshots, sturen ze die niet. Andere emails van hetzelfde mailadres komen wel gewoon binnen. En vervolgens worden ze boos op je als consument.
Not responding adequately to questions about quality issues. Say they sent emails via what's app but when you ask for screenshots they don't send them. Other e-mails from the same e-mail address will still come in. And then they get mad at you as a consumer.
