First they have ignored the questions i was asking and kept giving me a generic copy paste answer :) and then they say that they wont answer anymore all together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ventilator heating system, next day price was lowered so I asked them to send it back or to reimburse me the difference, they agreed to reimburse the difference. After nothing was happening I sent them 4 emails which they totally ignored for a month almost then I had to call they pretended to apologize and they have reimbursed me only the half of what was promised probably hoping that I will stop insisting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely DREADFUL customer service. I bought a Nest Hello 6 weeks ago and paid them for installation. 1st the engineer didn't turn up. 2nd visit, he turned up 6 hours late! 3rd attempt he installed the Nest and left without it working. He told me he had ordered a part and I had chase it up with Nest even though I bought the Nest through 50five! I have called the company over 15 times and 'raised a ticket' Not a single phone call back to date with a £300 product that does not work. DISGRACE.

Within 1 week i had the new part installed and working again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They work with subcontractors, who do their work excellent, but the after sales when something is missing, not working and you've a question afterwards... No response... It's adviced to work directly with their subcontractors... e.g. chargecars.nl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful! Placed an order 3 days ago and till now did not receive a confirmation email or an order number! They don't reply to messenger, emails or twitter! What a waste! I bought from their .be site so i get my order fast (as wrongfully stated on their site "one day shipping") .... What a scam! And lame service! I guess I'll have to make the trip to Eindhoven for a reimbursement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a multi-zone heating system and an installation voucher. The products were delivered fairly quick, no problem there. An email requesting photo's of our heating system to draw up an installation offer also arrived shortly, which we replied to the same day.
However, since then - six weeks ago - there has been no action initiated by 50five, except for an email message indicating that they are more busy than normal. We have sent them emails and whatsapp messages (their phone line - if you can find the number - is set to permanent voicemail) yielding auto-replies mostly.
After about a month we were promised - via Whatsapp - that we would receive the offer the following week. Also that promise was not kept.
Of course it can happen that you are understaffed due to Corona, or overwhelmed by a demand for your product (although, hey, autumn comes every year around this time). But why then do you keep promoting the installation voucher? On the website it is currently "on sale" and it was recently marketed via direct mail.
I left a negative comment about two weeks ago on the website relating to this voucher, which still does not show. Apparently that is whitin your control, well, I expect this Google review is not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service that I have witnessed in last few years. I am trying to resolve a problem with my zone heating for months now. The system is still in warranty, but the company is not answering calls or replying to emails. I am already thinking of taking the matter legally as the company is not providing the services that were promised during sales and installation. I would have given zero rating, but that is not possible.
