★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rij al enkele jaren met 9th wave wielen op mn mountainbike. Prima materiaal. Strak, snel, licht. Goede verhouding prijs/kwaliteit. Contact is snel gelegd. Ook geen enkel probleem als er even meegedacht moet worden. Een (gratis) adviesje is geen probleem.
Have been riding 9th wave wheels on my mountain bike for several years now. Great material. Tight, fast, light. Good price / quality ratio. Contact is quickly established. Also no problem if you have to think along. A (free) advice is no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb op Topstone 5 zo’n 1000 kilometer probleemloos op de Avalon’s gereden. Daar heb ik nu een road set van gemaakt en de anath 30 als gravel set. Als gravel bijv beter met name stuurgedrag.
Keuze gemaakt na prima overleg met Ninth Wave-
I drove about 1000 kilometers on the Avalon's on Topstone 5 without any problems. I have now made a road set of that and the anath 30 as a gravel set. Like gravel, for example, better especially steering behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na veel verschillende carbon wielen te hebben geprobeerd, ben ik super blij met met 9th wave Ninefold Yarrow 29 wielen met DT Swiss naven. Super strak, licht en onderhoudsvrij. En het ziet er ook nog een super gaaf uit in mijn Scott Scale!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9th Wave rijder van het eerste uur. De eerste set mtb wielen heb ik na 5 jaar intensief gebruik nog voor een dikke prijs op marktplaats verkocht. Nu erg tevreden met de 9th Wave Ninefolt wielen in zowel de mtb en de racefiets en de 4-Shore wielen in mijn beachebike! Goede service!
9th Wave rider from the very beginning. After 5 years of intensive use, I sold the first set of MTB wheels for a big price on the marketplace. Now very satisfied with the 9th Wave Ninefolt wheels in both the MTB and the racing bike and the 4-Shore wheels in my beach bike! Good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich dachte ich die Ninefold Serie wäre ein cooles Produkt. Ich hatte zur Entscheidungsfindung auch einen sehr guten Support von 9th Wave. Doch dann hatte ich leider ein Problem mit der Felge. Der Support bei einem unverschuldetem Fehler, ich weiß bis heute nicht warum die Felge innen gebrochen ist, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Ich wurde beschuldigt die Felge durch einen zu hohen Luftdruck beschädigt zu haben, dabei gibt es nicht mal Angaben zum Maximalluftdruck! Nach Einwirken meines herrvoragenden Händlers wurde der Schaden dann abgewickelt, das ganze dauerte aber über 3 Monate. Zahlen durfte ich zum Schluß auch noch dafür. Ein Schaden kann auftreten, das ist nicht das Thema, aber wie damit umgegangen wird schon. Das Produkt ist prinzipell gut, Aufbau passt ebenfalls, der Aftersales Service ist allerdings unglaublich schlecht.
I actually thought the Ninefold series was a cool product. I also had very good support from 9th Wave in my decision-making. But then I unfortunately had a problem with the rim. The support in the event of a fault through no fault of my own, I still don't know why the rim is broken on the inside, is an absolute cheek. I was accused of damaging the rim with too high an air pressure, and there is no information about the maximum air pressure! After the action of my excellent dealer, the damage was then settled, but the whole thing lasted over 3 months. Finally, I was allowed to pay for it. Damage can occur, that is not the issue, but how it is dealt with does. In principle, the product is good, the structure also fits, but the after-sales service is incredibly poor.
