K	Karina Kam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a last minute bike tour online at 8:30 for 10:00, arriving to the bike store and got told that staff cancelled the tour guide because no one was joining as of last night! Fear not, they arranged Stephan to lead me on a private bike tour at the same price in just 30 minutes later than the starting time. I was very impressed by Nemo and Stephan’s professionalism. Also I had a great time touring the city and learning about Amsterdam’s history with Stephan. Thumbs up for these guys!

Was only in town for a few days & wanted a good option for getting around town which, in Amsterdam, means getting a solid bike. I first did a bike tour to get a little more familiar with the surroundings - John was a great tour guide & I really enjoyed the experience. After the bike tour I was hooked on biking in this city & proceeded to rent from here for the next three days. The staff, namely Omri & Teresa, were all incredibly friendly & helpful with suggestions on places to go check-out and things to look for along the way. My overall experience was exceptional thanks to the awesome staff & I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good way to get around the city! Cheers guys!

Prices are good, also given the choice between paying a 50euro deposit upfront OR providing a credit/debit card which is convenient as with a lot of places a deposit is compulsory. Insurance is also optional. The location is also very handy incase you have any enquiries while renting the bike. Very cute store with souvenirs and really friendly staff! Would definitely recommend!

L	Liam J Ford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bikes, good people - just note there is a cash deposit to pay on ebikes. Was very easy to book the bikes, and a good price - though note that you should book 23hr and 45mins to avoid it thinking you want 2 days. We hired the bikes for 3 days and did a trip to the coast and back. The bikes all did over 40km on the max power/speed setting, and all coped - though the batteries were pretty low at the end of each day. We were happy with the bikes, and the panniers we also hired and the locks provided. Only supprise was that the rules had changed. When we booked you needed to leave a passport or similar per booking. When we picked up the bikes they wanted €150 cash per bike. Luckily this was OK for us, and we received the full cash back at the end of the hire, with no issues at all. Good location - about 10mins walk from Amsterdam Centraal, and easy to cycle off into the city of beyond from there. Cycling in Holland is lovely, and we had no issues.

The service is far better than your greatest expectations, on a friendly attitude and so willing to help you with directions. Thank you once more George! You are given a map and many tips to not miss top routes. Cheap also. You get a discount if you have issued an I amsterdam city card. Top of that you are welcome to their sofa for a hot cup of tea or coffee for free. The city bike I was given it was in very good condition with 3 gears and a comfortable saddle. I biked for almost 5 hours with a few minutes stop and it was great. I definitely recommend it!
