Estuvimos un buen rato esperando en la calle a que llegara. Nuestra estancia fue de 4 noches y en la habitación había cápsulas de café para desayunar solo para 2 noches. La tele no funcionaba. Sólo 2 rollos de papel higiénico. La habitación estaba limpia a la entrada pero no se volvió a hacer limpieza en toda nuestra estancia. Todo esto no pudo comunicarse directamente al responsable. No le volvimos a ver.

Negativ: Die Qualität der Möbel war nicht gut das Bett war für 2 Personen viel zu klein und vollkommen durchgelegen sodass man schief gelegen hat. Der Ventilator hat es nicht wirklich geschafft ein einigermaßenes Klima zu schaffen. Das Personal war nicht ansprechbar bzw. Nicht vorhanden..

They leave you 4 Five Euro gift certificates for a nice coffee place down the road. The location is perfect.... Negative: The TV only worked through a Play Station so you could watch Netflix..
W	Willliam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: A big smiley welcome! The guys work hard and yet they haven't forgotten how important those first 15 seconds are. They were also on hand for advice either by phone or messaging. They provide a breakfast of biscuits, packaged toasts, jams and Nutella. It's basic and with so many great cafes around you may not use it. But it was nicely layed out and if your budget is tight , they will make useful snacks. Good Nespresso coffee machine and you're good to go. The room had a terrace that over looked the chimney pots and provided a surprisingly quiet space, considering we were right in the centre. As frequent visitors to Amsterdam we normally like to choose different places. But I can say with certainty that we will stay here again. It's not a luxury pad but for the price you pay, you get an awful lot for your money. Comfortable beds, brilliant terrace, good coffee, means that I can whole heartedly, recommend staying here. AAA+++. Negative: The good things outweigh the ..... Oh wait, there's no bad! If I was being really picky, maybe the shelf in the bathroom could have been replaced as it it was missing. The terrace was fantastic and maybe a quick tidy up (old gym bench) would be helpful. But for the money and so many of the basic things - bed, cleanliness, terrace, done really well, you'll love your stay. Like many houses in Amsterdam, a narrow staircase to the upper floors may not be suitable for everyone. But as a typical over weight middle aged guy, even I was okay with it..
