★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een leuk onderkomen voor onze familie. We hadden er een geweldige tijd, mede omdat het weer geweldig was. Hierdoor kon je lekker wandelen en weer uitrusten bij thuiskomst.
A nice place for our family. We had a great time there, partly because the weather was great. This allowed you to go for a nice walk and rest when you return home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel mooi oud huis uit het jaar 1600. Het bijzondere aan dit huis is dat niet alles meer recht staat, omdat dit huis verzakt is, maar dat is juist wat het huis zo leuk maakt. Er hangt hier een gezellige sfeer. Beetje een oude stijl waar net toch een tikje modern aan is toegevoegd. Wat het huis zo leuk en bijzonder maakt. Zeker een aanrader om met de familie te overnachten!
Very nice old house from the year 1600. The special thing about this house is that not everything is straight anymore, because this house has subsided, but that is exactly what makes the house so nice. There is a cozy atmosphere here. Bit of an old style with a touch of modern added. What makes the house so nice and special. Definitely recommended to spend the night with the family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg leuke plek om te logeren, in het pittoreske Mechelen. Op loopafstand van Gulpen en goed bereikbaar met de bus (stopt voor de deur). Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien (3 badkamers, 7 slaapkamers, ruime keuken en woonkamer en mooie tuin). Deze plek is een aanrader als je van wandelen of fietsen houdt en met een grotere groep gezellig 's avonds een drankje wil drinken in een heel mooie omgeving!
Very nice place to stay, in picturesque Mechelen. Within walking distance of Gulpen and easily accessible by bus (stops in front of the door). The cottage is fully equipped (3 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, spacious kitchen and living room and beautiful garden). This place is recommended if you like walking or cycling and want to have a drink with a larger group in the evening in a very beautiful environment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Midden december beleefden we een fantastisch familieweekend met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen in dit prachtige oude vakwerkhuis. Tot onze verrassing stond er bij aankomst een mooi versierde kerstboom en ook de woonkamer was een beetje in kerstsfeer gebracht. We waren met 16 personen, maar hadden voldoende ruimte. Heerlijk samen eten en spelletjes doen aan de grote tafel(s) en genieten van de gezellige warmte van de open haard.....ons weekend kan niet meer stuk!!
In mid-December we experienced a fantastic family weekend with our children and grandchildren in this beautiful old half-timbered house. To our surprise, there was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree on arrival and the living room was also a bit Christmassy. We were 16 people, but had enough space. Delicious food and games together at the large table(s) and enjoy the cozy warmth of the fireplace.....our weekend can't go wrong!
