Klanten worden niet serieus genomen! Always false promises. Agreements not fulfilled .. what they can report very well is that they only apologize and nothing more. Customers are not taken seriously!

Lovely sofa, good value for money. Delivery is a bit on the expensive side and there was some uncertainty about the delivery date. Other than that very satisfied!

r	renate kasteel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele slechte bezorging Gisteren 8-11-2021 onze hoekbank mogen ontvangen eerst belde ze op we zijn met een half uurtje bij u toen er na een uur nog niemand was geweest werden we weer gebeld er was een foutje in de planning ze kwamen na de klant voor ons gelijk naar ons toe (foutje kan gebeuren ) Toen de 2 mannen van A Meubel Nijmegen (Elst) daadwerkelijk ook voor de deur stonden om onze hoekbank af te leveren ontstond er gelijk al een misverstand over het openstaande bedrag wat er nog betaald moest worden na een aantal keren over en weer gebeld te hebben en ik het resterende bedrag volledig betaald had werd het bankstel pas uit de auto gehaald en werden de banken met geweld door de deuropening gedrukt (deurpost beschadigd )en stuk voor stuk met een hoop kabaal door de woonkamer heen geschoven ze lette totaal niet op of ze iets beschadigde of niet toen ik er wat van zei kreeg ik als antwoord daar zijn we goed voor verzekerd (terwijl ze op hun website schrijven Bij aflevering worden de artikelen zorgvuldig door ons vakkundig personeel (eventueel gemonteerd en) op de door u gewenste plaats neergezet.) Onze hoekbank kregen ze op sommige delen niet goed in elkaar ook hier werd niet zachtzinnig met onze hoekbank omgegaan toen ze weg waren zag ik dat hij niet goed in elkaar zat. Dit hebben wij zelf verholpen Ook het verpakkingsmateriaal moet je zelf maar op ruimen. Terwijl ook daarvoor betaald is. In de winkel is de servicetop totdat ze het bij je komen leveren dan is het echt dus van zo we hebben de centen binnen nu hoeft er niet meer zorgvuldig mee omgegaan te worden ook zou ik als A meubel Nijmegen (Elst) maar eens nadenken of het personeel wat de meubelen bezorgd inderdaad wel zo vakkundig is als dat ze op hun site beweren. Klantenportaal staat nog steeds levering week 49 2021, maar de stoelen zijn nog niet gemaakt !! Beloven er achteraan te gaan en terug te bellen, ook dat gebeurt niet ! Tig tefoongesprekken verder, willen nu aanbetaling terug, gaan wel naar een betrouwbare winkel die wel goed communiceren. Very bad !! My mother ordered 4 dining room chairs at the beginning of July 8, 2021 (delivery time 10/16wk) and now in January 2022 still nothing!! Customer portal is still available week 49 2021, but the chairs are not yet made!! Promise to follow up and call back, that doesn't happen either! J	Joost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received great no nonsense service. The salesman didn't want to sell us the most expensive option, he wanted us to buy the most comfort. If it would've been up to us we would've combined all kinds of materials with our couch without really thinking about how the materials would work together. Even though it would've been more expensive, he strongly advised us against it and as such we went ahead and chose differently. Of course we still have to receive the couch itself, but we are really happy with our purchase already. Delivery times are a bit longer due to the 'wonderful' COVID-19 virus so we will have to wait a bit longer though we really don't want to. Nice location and great prices. Definitely recommend going here even though we haven't experienced after sales yet. However, there was a couple in before us that were receiving after sales and the way that this was being handled by the salesman was outstanding and gave us a really good feeling.
