★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service from hell. Two stars because they did what they had to, and in time (as soon as the car was there).Not a single call back, despite they promised again and again. Terrible communication. Tried to play off me and my boss against each other (with lies). Arrogant behaviour. Dangling around with orders and paperwork. Pointless delays that seemed intentional to me. Returned the car with a small additional damage and impressive oily stains in the interior. Car was parked in the narrowest possible spot, no effort to hand over the car properly. All in all A-plus' service was worse than the fact that our car had been broken in.
