★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite my car was under guaranty (Ford official world guaranty), i was asked to pay for a diagnostic, a computer test, and the hours spent by staff on it... to detect a failure engine.
I refused of course... and will never return there !
(staff seems welcoming and professional though...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again! 2 Years ago, they thought I should have an expensive check-up on my air conditioning. Everything was fine according to the report. A month later it broke down. To repair it, would have costed EUR 800. I declined. Last year, they renewed my brake pads. After that, whenever I used the brakes, they would make this horrible screeching sound. For this year's check-up, they checked my air conditioning without my consent and presented me the bill. There was no discussion possible, according to them, I had agreed to everything on the invoice. I know I didn't agree to the service, because the air conditioning is still broken, so if they had asked if I wanted that checked I would have said no. But no, they were absolutely right and I was wrong. They are rude, dodgy and I have had enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never suggest anyone to go there just they are oplichters I went for my focus 2015 gear box problem after 2 days they rang me that car is cleared when I see my car the problem was still there they updated the car software and took 280 from me which was not needed. Problem of the car is still there and they took 280 for nothing.its like you lost 280 or someone just stole from you.if you want to waste money then they are good option. How someone feels like you paid money for nothing and still you need to repair your car.
