What a large hardware store cannot do, can be done here because they think along with you. Very friendly and helpful staff. Professional service! Super business!

The postman lost a package sent by Schaap IJzerhandel. They were not difficult and tried to find a solution. Well received and fine handling. The right-angle bit holder that we ordered works well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's an old man with white hair that is really rude, he knows English but he don't want to speak it! He keeps speaking in Dutch even when I asked him to speak English, once he did, the other 3 times that I went to the shop he was just really rude and I think he was just swearing at me or laughing of me... Really a bad experience. The shop has a lot of stuff but this guy is tremendous.
