I bought a pair of Klipsch Forte 3s which had been opened for a 2 hour demo, but were claimed to be absolutely as good as new. Most of my interaction was with Frank during this purchase and things were going smoothly so far. I also paid for them to be delivered to me, which was done by his son, Stanly. 30th March: I received the speakers and unpacked them and noticed that they had scratches on the top, dents on the side and a strange patch in the finish on the front of one speaker. When I sent these pictures to them, they said they did not see these while shipping the speakers, so perhaps it happened during delivery and offered a discount or a different colour (black) since this was the last one in walnut available. I chose to return them because I was not happy to keep them in that state and didnt want the black version. 1st April: Frank's colleague, Marcel came by to pick the speakers up and looked inside the box to check the speaker. Marcel took the speakers and told me I would get my full refund immediately (including delivery costs, and I saw later that this is also mentioned in their terms and conditions). 3rd April: I got an email from Frank stating that the speakers had arrived and they would check them and process the refund accordingly. This was different from what Marcel told me but I understand that they need to figure out what happened. Frank was a little aggressive here when I mentioned the difference in communication. Eventually they accepted it since some of the dents were visible in the pictures they had before they sent the speaker so it was assumed that it was missed during packing. 13 April: I finally got the refund for the speakers but the delivery costs were missing, so I sent Frank an email about it and after a slightly strange email with some hesitation on his side, he said he would send it to me from his personal account (I dont know why, and I did not ask). 19th April: No money received and no further information. I sent an email and got an aggressive response. I replied politely, hoping that I could get an indication of when the last bit of money would be refunded and have this topic closed. 21st April: Normally I would get a response from him within a few minutes when I was buying the speakers but now 2 days had passed since my email so I sent a follow up email. I will copy his response below (for reference, the speakers were delivered to them 17 days before this): ________________________________________________________________________ "My oh omy.... i am so so sorry i did not reply in one day to you. Can you imagine?? my oh my....what a big thing It would be nice to get some room to breath and arrange things I have no magic stick You will get your 50 transport cost, don't worry.... nog big deal, my o my oh my By the way, In onze algemene voorwaarde you have to pay or send the item back within 14 day's. After that the dealer has 14 day's" ________________________________________________________________________ This is not expected when dealing with an audio store and speakers costing 4000 Euro. Especially strange that this sort of reaction comes from a remaining amount of 50 Euro. 28th April: Received the final refund from Frank's personal account. Overall, if you ignore the interaction with Frank at the end, I had a good experience with them, especially with Marcel. They had great service and responded quickly. I was happy to write a very nice review and go back to them in the future but these issues with Frank completely ruined it for me. I would not like to deal with Frank Suijk again, the last few interactions with him were unpleasant, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. UPDATE: I had a conversation with Stanly after this review. He asked for my perspective and apologized for the experience i had and said that they are working on improving their interactions and customer satisfaction. I appreciated this and hope that things improve in the future.

Overall good shop. Good contact, fast response, they willing to make work around if there are any problems. You can find there very good deals and some equipment that is very hard to find here in Europe.

I was in search of a new sound system, and decided to try Klipsh system, it was available in A Tube High Fidelity shop. I've happened to catch a sales weekend and enjoyed listening of systems and amplifiers for a few hours. And after I've found sound that I like i've instantly ordered system. Thanks for help to Stanley who helped organise delivery and other supporting goods as well. In a few days system were delivered and now I enjoy it everyday. ps Klips rp8000 and melody evo

I saw an advertisement for something I had been looking for, emailed and talked to Stanly and negotiated a deal that worked for both of us, he even went over and above duty and came in on a holiday to make the sale. The shop is gorgeous and staff friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended to try this shop if you are a hi-fi and especially analogue enthusiast.
